Delivery Timeframe:
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
- A standard shipping charge of 200 PKR applies to all orders.
- FREE delivery is available on orders of 3 Caps or more.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email, allowing you to track your parcel with the respective courier service.
Delivery Guidelines:
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delays.
- Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Saturday). No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:
- In rare cases of shipment delays, we will keep you updated. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work closely with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
